GBS Protection Plan

What is not covered:
- Build-up/Accumulation of damages or stains

- General soiling
- Normal wear & tear (loss of resiliency)
- Pet damage (other than bodily fluids)
- Abuse of merchandise
- Cracking or peeling of leather
- Pilling or fraying of fabric
- Odors
- Fading of upholstered furniture (fabric or leather)
- Scratches that do not penetrate the wood surface
- Scratches to leather upholstery or glass surfaces
- Damage caused by improper cleaning methods
- "As-Is" or close out items

How it works:

Your protection plan will be automatically registered when you receive your merchandise.
This service provides you with a shorter claim filing time if you ever need to report an accident.
*Accidents need to be reported within 30 days from the date it was noticed.

If cleaning or repair is needed, GBS in-home technicians provide high quality craftsmanship and professional services.

In the event that GBS is not able to clean or repair your furniture, you will receive a replacement. It’s that simple!

To file a claim with GBS, you can call 1-888-585-9488 or go to GBS will have a copy of your invoice uploaded in their system. If they need clarification or further information on the sales order, GBS will reach out to Furniture & Mattress Discount King.
*Please note that all claims must be filed within 30 days of incident date for merchandise to be covered.
